Salmon sauteed with garlic, whipping cream, mushrooms and spices over linguini.

Our prime rib, basted in our own pineapple soy ginger sauce and quickly grilled over hot coals, topped with pineapple.

*CAJUN PRIME RIB

Our prime rib dusted in hot cajun spices and seared in a white hot iron skillet.

*GRILLED PRIME RIB

Our prime rib, quickly grilled over hot coals. A great charbroiled flavor!

*PORK CHOPS

Two french cut pork loin chops grilled and served with mashed potatoes and gravy.

KILROY'S T-BONE STEAK

A full pound of U.S.D.A. CHOICE steak, charbroiled to your specifications.

*HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS

Two French cut pork chops grilled and basted with our teriyaki glaze, topped with grilled pineapple slices and served on a bed of rice.

POULTRY

CHICKEN PARMESAN
Hand breaded breast of chicken lightly fried and topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese. Served over angel hair pasta.

GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST TERIYAKI

A tender boneless breast of chicken, charbroiled and basted in our own pineapple, soy, ginger sauce, topped with pineapple and served over a fluffy bed of rice.

SANTE FE CHICKEN

A grilled skinless breast, BBQ'd, then topped with Virginia ham, chopped tomatoes, scallions and cheddar-jack cheese. Served over rice.

SMOTHERED CHICKEN

tender boneless breast of chicken smothered in sauteed onions, mushrooms and green peppers topped with mozzarella cheese. Served over rice.

SEAFOOD

STEAMED SPICED SHRIMP
1/2 pound of Jumbo gulf shrimp steamed with Old Bay seasoning and served with cocktail sauce.

RAINBOW TROUT PARMESAN

The freshest trout from Idaho Springs. Lightly seasoned and coated with grated Parmesan and Japanese bread crumbs, then broiled in Chardonnay.

SALMON FILET HONEY DIJON

A generous filet of salmon broiled in Chardonnay and glazed with a honey dijon sauce. Served with a side of rice.

KILROY'S FRIED SHRIMP

Lightly hand breaded gulf shrimp, deep fried to a golden brown and served with our homemade cocktail sauce.

BROILED LEMON SALMON

A generous filet of salmon seasoned with lemon pepper and broiled in lemon juice, wine & butter. Served with a side of rice.
